Get Order Notifications when you’re on the move
With more and more people on the move and accessing their Spiffy Stores Toolbox from mobile devices, we’ve added a quick and simple way for you to get timely updates when your online store gets new orders.
Browse to your “Overview of your orders” page in your Spiffy Store Toolbox and you’ll now see an additional entry in the sidebar which includes a data feed link to all your most recent orders.
The new data feed link is encrypted and password protected so you can be sure that your online stores’ customers’ data is safe and secure.
There is more information available on this new feature in our Knowledge Base at https://www.spiffystores.com.au/kb/Recent_Orders_Data_Feed.
You can use this link on your mobile device to find out when new orders have been placed in your online store rather than having to monitor your email for the email notifications you normally receive.

Contact forms…. they’re built in!
I’m so used to the Spiffy Stores features, that I kind of take some of them as granted, and forget that some of our competitors seem to ignore basic customer needs.
Take for example the Contact Us form. Practically every online store needs one. Customers aren’t going to be very impressed if there’s no way to contact the store owners.
So with this in mind, Spiffy Stores includes a Contact Us form automatically. When you set up an online store with Spiffy Stores, we automatically create two pages called “Contact Us” and “Contact Us Thanks”.
If you’ve accidentally deleted your contact form, just create two pages called “Contact Us” (your contact from will automatically appear on the “Contact Us” page) and “Contact Us Thanks”. You then add the Contact Us page to a menu, and you’re done. You can add some customization and additional text and rename the pages, if you like (keeping the page handles the same).
Another great way to add other forms to your site is by using Wufoo. The folks over at Wufoo have built a fantastic form builder that integrates with a load of other systems. To get a Wufoo form to work in your Spiffy Store, you just create the form and copy and paste the code from Wufoo into a page. Wufoo allows you to create a form in just a few minutes!

Generally, if your store is laid out well, and you have good product descriptions and images and your products are reasonably priced, you should achieve at least a 1% to 2% conversion rate.
That can be easily increased to 3% if you follow the tips below. If you go further than what we suggest, you can increase your conversion rate even further. Continue reading
