How do I log in to my store?
You can log in to your store using the login link at the top of this page.
I've lost my store password. How do I reset it?
To reset your password, click the
Loginlink at the top of this page, then click the
Lost your password?link.
How do I add a logo to the top of my store's front page?
You can upload your own logo in the
theme editorsection of your store's admin (it's in the
Design & AssetsSection). All Spiffy Stores themes allow you to upload your own logo for use in your store.
Google's Search Console needs me to verify that I am the site owner, can you explain how to do this?
To verify your site with Google's Search Console, log in to Search Console and follow the instrutions below...
Add Property, and choose
URL Prefixfor the property type
- Enter your full domain including the https://www part so it will look like this -> https://www.yourdomain.com.au
- Choose the
HTML TAGverification method, and copy the meta tag that Google provides you with.
- Log in to your Spiffy Stores admin area, and go to the
- In the theme editor, click on the
Theme.liquidfile to edit it.
- Paste the meta tag that Google provided you with immediately after the
<head>tag, and then click the save button.
- Back in Google's webmaster tools, click the
Verifybutton, and your site should verify properly.
How do I edit my menus?
You edit your menus in the
Store menussection of your store's admin. Menu items can be added, deleted, and re-ordered however you want. You can also set up multi-level menus and drop down menus if your theme supports them. For more information, visit our knowledge base.
How do I use my domain name with Spiffy Stores?
To use your domain name, you just need to re-delegate your domain name to our nameservers. This can be done in the domain administration area of the company you registered your domain name with. You then add your domain name in the
DNS & Domainssection of your store's admin.
