The initial values can be changed to whatever you want, however. If you expect most of your clientèle to be from a particular country other than your own, for instance, you may want to sell your products to them in their own currency.

Your Store Details

Please also note that it appears in all of your email templates as well, so if you're hoping to do something to help your ranking in search engines, you may also want to customise your email templates by changing the
