If you feel certain that an order is a fraud order, please mark it "Cancelled" by selecting the "Cancel this order" under "Edit order status".

If you remember to cancel suspect orders, your site statistics will be correct, and you'll also protect yourself from fraud orders in the future, by helping Spiffy Stores to notice suspicious patterns faster.

In some cases, you'll see that orders have already been marked as suspect, based on our analysis of order behavior. While not all of these suspect orders are necessarily fraudulent, please exercise caution and thoroughly investigate these orders before completing the sale. There are a few people who have placed so many suspicious orders that our software just marks their orders as suspect as soon as they arrive.
