Webmail is useful when on the go, so you can access your email in internet cafes etc. We don't recommend using webmail on an ongoing basis, however, as it allows mail to build up on the server. You will then find that your mailbox fills up rather quickly, and then simply stops receiving mail if it goes over its limit.

You should set up your email program to access your mailbox if your mailbox fills up.

Your webmail is accessible using most modern web browsers, by going to -

https://webmail.spiffystores.com/

You should then end up on a page like this…

Enter your username (your username should end with "@spiffystores.com" and is displayed in the Preferences -> Email accounts section of your store's admin)

Enter your password for the mailbox and login to your mailbox
