What do you want the post to do &#8211; inspire, promote or inform?<\/li>\n<li>Optimise your blog for search with keywords in the title, content and tags<\/li>\n<li>Create a strong, powerful headline to draw the reader in<\/li>\n<li>Make the post lively, interesting and useful<\/li>\n<li>Write like you\u2019re talking to another person and call them \u201cyou\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Write in short paragraphs so it\u2019s easier to read<\/li>\n<li>Use sub headings to lead your readers through the content<\/li>\n<li>Aim for around 500 words in length<\/li>\n<li>Always add an image to support the theme<\/li>\n<li>Try making a video or audio podcast sometimes instead of a written piece<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Promote your post<\/strong> \u2013 don\u2019t forget to announce your new post on your social media channels.
